My New CD!!! :D

Hi Guys,

I have a new CD! Yesterday we went to our local Christian bookstore, Morning Star, and I picked up this Stellar Kart CD. It's not their new one, I already have that, but it's their second CD- We Can't Stand Sitting Down. My CD count is now up to 21 (plus a CD I bought off of iTunes)! I really like Stellar Kart's sound- they're pretty original, a mixture of pop, rock, and punk. Their songs have a lot of meaning and the tunes are really catchy! And though I like the third CD better, this one is still really good. My fave songs are (in no particular order) -

Wishes and Dreams

Procrastinating
Lose Control
Hold On
Always Waiting

Try and get this some day, or at least borrow it from me, :)! This band pleases a wide audience! I love them!!!

The Kentucky Derby

Hi Guys!

yes I watched it, but it was all Alexa's doing! She "had" to watch it and I had nothing better to do (ok yes I did but it's hard to read with the tv on). So anyway, my second pick won (I tend to go for the underdogs- my fave was Atomic Rain who had odds of 63-1. The horse that won was Mine that Bird whose odds were 50-1). Here are some pics from the race. No of course I wasn't there (too bad, could have worn a big hat!) but I found these pics on the internet.

The dude in the cowboy hat is the horse's trainer. His name is Bennie Woolley Jr.
The guy in the white baseball hat is the jockey, Calvin Borel. I think
that they guy in the suit is the horse's owner.
